I had such a wonderful experience at The Dress Lounge. I knew going in what style I had wanted but was also open to trying a variety of different ones. The ladies that were working that day and that helped me were phenomenal and were not pushy at all. That was one of my fears that I was going to be forced to like something that I didn't like. As every bride does, I cried the moment I knew it was the dress. It was also a style that I didn't originally like from the start. I wore my sister's veil on my wedding day which meant so much to me and she purchased it with her dress from The Dress Lounge. I highly recommend The Dress Lounge to any bride!! Justin and I had made the choice to get married on my 28th birthday, September 28, 2024. Many people thought we were crazy about getting married on my birthday, but we didn't let it bother us because in the end it was OUR day. We loved the fall season, but we also didn't want the day to be super-hot or super cold. We were married at Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton Parish in Swoyersville, where I grew up. Our reception was held at The Banks Waterfront in Pittston. We loved The Banks from the moment we first saw it when my sister got married there. There was no other place we wanted to view once we got engaged. We were so excited that we booked them within a month of being engaged. As every bride would dream, they want the most beautiful day, with no rain, no clouds, etc. We had the opposite, it rained, and it was gloomy, BUT rain meant good luck and the clouds made for GREAT photo opportunities. We absolutely enjoyed celebrating our love for one another with all of our close family and friends. The was not a flaw in the day. We cannot thank every vendor enough for going above and beyond to make our day the best!
